What is you cancelation policy?
We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments may result in a fee. 

Do you offer any extension services?
We do not offer extension services of any kind. This included sew-ins, quick weaves, tape-ins or micro links.

Do you offer services for hair loss or thinning hair?
We do not service clients with medical or progressive hair loss from medical conditions trauma, severe scalp concerns, or advanced thinning. We suggest consulting with a licensed medical professional or a trichologist. 

Do you offer consultations for new guests?
Yes! First time clients are encouraged to book a consultation in person or virtually to understand your hair goals and history . This helps us   create a customized plan for your hair health and style.

Do you sell retail products?
Yes, we offer a curated selection of  black owned professional hair care products used during your service and available and encouraged for purchase to help maintain you style and hair heath at home.

Do you accept walk-ins?
No, we are  by appointment only to ensure every guest receives our full attention in a relaxing, personalized environment.

Is your salon Kid-friendly?
To ensure a peaceful focused experience for all guest, we kindly ask that you do not bring kids or additional guest to your appointment unless being serviced.
